The only issue I had was checking in on my phone. Everyone there had the same issues so we had to get in line. The transaction went smoothly. I love this location.
Excellence experience from start to finish. Took less than 13 minutes total which included the time I actually parked. Checked in electronically and was seen within 2 minutes. I recently visited the 11 Industrial Park Dr, Waldorf, MD 20602 location and had an "Awesome" encounter with an agent named "Adrienne"! Rarely you find someone who really wants to do their job and do it well, however Adrienne went above and beyond to serve me and helped me with my situation! She even called me back to give me updated information. I really appreciated her "go the extra mile" attitude and her amazing can do approach. Kudos Adrienne, like I always say: Excellence is a Choice! Please make sure she gets recognition and not just a high five!!!
If I could give it lower I would. I tried calling many times to ensure I had all the documents needed since I’ve PCS from overseas. The website of course didn’t have all that I needed so when I was missing documents I got turned away. Sure would be nice if someone answered their phone or there was a chat box with someone to assist. Person at the front desk is just sitting there doing nothing when there aren’t people in line. Wasted two hours.
I actually like this MVA they're really nice and patient. However, I do not enjoy testing there. The staff are beyond noisy and allow people to come in noisy as well. The last time I went one of the staff kept yelling instead of just walking over to the person and helping them. I mean it's not a library but DAMN. You would think people would be a little more considerate.
Went there for a simple item and ended up being there for an 1 hour and a half, kept being told I needed more stuff after I spoke to someone prior to arrival and she said all I needed was my an ID. Clearly she didn't know what the hell she was talking about, but that should not effect me. What a horrible experience
MVA does appointments online, which is great, but DO NOT expect to use a Federal or State income tax filing as one of the "Proof of Address" to renew your driver's license, even though it is a selectable item when making an appointment online. The MVA agent refused to take my W-2 or tax filings as proof, even though the MVA website says it is an acceptable form of proof when making the appointment.
